Natural health care is not necessarily holistic
If you find yourself taking 20 different supplements for various symptoms, and not truly getting better, then chances are that you are using supplements simply in order to cover up symptoms (like drugs are used), and not working in a holistic framework.
Holism takes into account the fact that the body is one whole unit and must be treated as such. Often clients have multiple symptoms effecting several systems, and the first thing to do is understand how it's all interrelated.

The only person who can truly get anyone better - is them self. It is the body, acting in concert with the healing power of nature that recovers people from illness. A doctor is just a guide.
With this in mind:
Everything you have to say will be listened to, and considered.
All your questions will be answered as fully and honestly as possible.
No health concerns will never be dismissed as irrelevant.
You will not be talked down to as if you are a child or told something is all "in your head."
You will not be told there is no hope. When any practitioner says there is no hope, they really mean there is no hope using their techniques. What may seem hopeless or incurable to one person, is very manageable to another.
- You will never be recommended anything without being told why. It's impossible to be self-empowered on your path to wellness if you don't understand what you are doing.
Diseases are not random occurrences; they are generally end manifestations of poor health. Good health starts with proper sleep, nutrition, digestion, detoxification, exercise and lifestyle. As health improves symptoms of diseases often go away even if the disease itself was not directly treated.
Wellness is enjoying life to the fullest and being full of enough energy to live your life as you want to, unhindered by ailments.
Wellness is not accepting fatigue as "normal" just because all the labs tests come back normal.
Wellness is being free of chronic disease.
Wellness is being free of pain or discomfort.
Wellness is preventing disease and making sure you are healthy and can enjoy life for years go come.
Wellness is returning the body to the normal and healthy state it wants to be in.
